WestJet customs and bags

We are flying from Orlando to Vancouver. We have a layover in Toronto. We will have to clear customs in Toronto. Does anyone know if WestJet will check our bags all the way to Vancouver or do we have to get them first?

Yes, they will. We've gone the other way on Westjet. Victoria (YYJ) to Orlando (MCO) and back and both ways, they forwarded our bags on - so no need to collect them to go through customs.

Yes, you will clear customs in Toronto. You should be fine with a 2 hour layover in Toronto. It's a bit chaotic travelling through Toronto just due to the number of visitors, but you should be just fine. Last time we travelled through Toronto we had a 90 layover and that was bout right. So with 2 hours it should be no problem at all.
