Two things which we'd like to do that we've not done yet are the wine tasting and the Palo brunch. What days/times will these be offered?

Wine tasting is offered on both the sea days. I'm not sure about Palo's brunch, but I do believe it was offered on sea days and also Sunday morning in Key West.
