Western Itinerary Entertainment and Remy reservation

We're sailing on a 7 night Western itinerary on the Fantasy in July and looking to book a dinner at Remy. Since it's our first time on the Fantasy we'd like to see all of the Disney shows in the Walt Disney Theatre. Looking at old navigators, it seems that Nights 3 and 5 are the non-Disney entertainment nights, which we wouldn't be heartbroken to miss. Does anyone know while if these nights would be good options to book Remy for dinner and not miss the shows for our cruise in July?

You could also just book it for your regular dinner slot and not miss a show...
