Western Carribean excursions

Has anyone ever gone to Rum Point Beach in Grand Cayman or Playa Sol Beach in Cozumel. If so, how long did it take to get there and was it nice??

We did Playa de Sol in June. We really enjoyed it. They had an area "roped" off just for Disney people as well as our own buffet. The food was good too. The beach was very clean and the service was great too (Disney wouldn't be afilliated with them otherwise!!!). They had some beach/water activities. There was a pool as well. It was a short bus ride which was nice. There was some "shops" set up as you walk in. My kids enjoyed watching me and the jewelry guy heckle!!! I got my mom a beautiful necklace.

I know you didnt ask about this one, but I highly reccomend the royal swim in Chankanaab park, in Cozumel. It was soooooooooooo worth the money and we had an absolute blast! You have to book this one directly thru www.dolphindiscovery.com as DCL only offers the Dolphin encounter. DO the ROYAL SWIM very much worth it nd the memories are priceless!
