Western Caribbean ports ?

My family and I are trying to decide whether to go on a Western Caribbean cruise but I was wondering if, on the current Western itineraries, are there any ports that they are unable to stop at due to current COVID protocols?

In theory they are bringing back Grand Cayman at the end of the month, but hard to say what really happens.

Jamaica is turning away 90-day recovery passengers, which may cause DCL to skip Falmouth.
