Western Caribbean excursion recs

Our family has been on the dream several times, but we're taking out first Fantasy cruise this summer. We've always stayed on the ship in Nassau, but want to do some excursions in Cozumel, Falmouth, and/or Grand Cayman. What are your favorites? It will be me and DH and our DS (16) and DD (11).

I'll say the same thing here....

Cozumel - Paradise Beach
Jamaica - Jewel at Runaway Bay purchased through Resort for a Day
Grand Cayman - snorkling (we booked at the dock and only wanted to go for a couple hours then we do some shopping)

We just got off the ship this past Saturday. In Cozumel, we did the Dolphin Swim at Dolphinaris. All had a great time---DD (age 9) thought it was fabulous! In Grand Cayman, we did SeaTrek. this was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend both of these!

I just have to say that we have found a lot of fun things to do in Nassau. We have been there 3 times -- the first time we did the island tour and got to see where The Duke and Mrs. Simpson retired to, then visited the straw market. The second time we did the Pirate Museum -- which is awesome. The third time we went over to Atlantis for the day -- they have a terrific acquarium and then several pools of other sea creatures like turtles, stingrays, etc. It's a beautiful place. (We booked it through Disney to be sure we got acquarium tickets as the resort only guarantees their stock for guests and sell out in the morning).
