Western Caribbean- Dolplin Excursions

We are heading on our first Western Caribbean cruise in Oct. Do you prefer Cozumel or Grand Cayman for the swim with the Dolphins? Are the swims worth the high cost? It looks like there are other things to do in Cozumel after the swim but that Grand Cayman is just the swim and then a visit to the turtle farm. If we did the Dolphin swim in Cozumel, would we also have time to do Mr. Sanchos?

We've done the dolphin swim in Cozumel and loved it. Very much worth the money. And we definitely had time for other things.
