Western 10/26-11/02 Singles?

I've enjoyed reading/learning about the DCL through the posts here.

I do have a couple questions.

One-I want to book the Dolphin swim experience-any suggestions through whom?

Two- I'm a single mom, traveling from Colorado with 10 and 12 year old sons. Is there a singles function early in the cruise where singles can get to know one another? It's always nice to meet new friends.

I feel like I have a million questions, but will post these 2 first.

There is usually a singles get together luncheon. On the Western Cruise it is listed on Monday at 12:30 pm. This is the description in the Navigator.....Singles, Single Parents, or Traveling Alone..meet for an informal lunch with the Cruise Staff, Parrot Cay, Deck 3 Aft (Guests 18 and older). I have heard that it is a great ice breaker. Be assured that the whatever cruise staff is having lunch with the group they will keep the conversation going. They are great at this.

There is also a singles cocktail "meet" in Sessions one evening.

Thanks--I'll look in the Navigator for sure. Is there anywhere online that lists things similar to what is listed in the Navigator, or even an "old" one to get an idea of what is offered?

Gina, thanks for sharing your trip report......it sounds like you had a great time.

I think I'll start a new thread and see how many single parents and singles are going on the western 10/26. It sounds like fun to have a group to party with late evenings.
