We are booked for the Vancouver to San Diego four night cruise leaving 22 Aug this summer. Has anyone here done that itinerary? Is there a pirate night? What was the show schedule? Any info would be helpful.

We did San Diego to Vancouver in 2014 - too long ago for me to remember the show schedule. They did not have pirate night (although a number of people still dressed as if they did!) but they did do fireworks. Not sure if it would be the same on the return trip.

We did this cruise last September 2015, we left on a Sunday and pirate night was the Tuesday night (so night 3). Welcome Aboard was the first show, then the Golden Mickeys, Toy Story (which is ending so you won't have it) and then the last night was Disney Dreams.

I was wondering about Toy Story. I'm thinking that perhaps they may be wrapping it up and getting ready for the new one so that may get skipped on a short, four night cruise.

They always have their 3 production shows during a cruise. I doubt that they would pull one of them for one or two cruises at the end of the contract.

We were on the most recent Vancouver to San Diego cruise with @bcwife76, she wrote a great trip report that she may be able to link?????

It was a nice relaxing cruise that I would absolutely do again but this year it's too early to work for kids/wife school schedule. I do wish DCL would add an extra day to that cruise for a San Francisco day, line they typically do on the northbound repo. Oh well, if wishes were fishes we'd all have a big fry.
