We're In!!!! Now what?

I am sooooooo excited. We finally joined on Saturday. We were able to get the f&f because I left our guide a message on Wed. and he was off Thursday and Friday. Now we have to decide what to do with this year's points. We have until the end of this month to decide. We need to bank some of them but we want to take a trip in May. Our guide said that we could probably call Monday or Tuesday and make our reservation. Of course I do not have our members number or anything like that. What number do I call and what do I tell them? Also, I noticed that the deposit has not been taken out of our checking account yet (we used a debit card). I wonder when they will process the deposit.

Congratulations! We have been members since 1997 and love it!
The number to call for reservations in 1-800-******** follow the prompts to member services, they can actually help you if you give them your SS#, I forget my membership number sometimes and they can help still.
We are going in May too out home resort is OKW but we are staying at BW just hubby and myself!

Call Member Services at (800) ******** to make reservations etc. Were you given your member number? Also, go on the website www.dvc.disney.go.com and register under members to compare and look at the resorts online. If you plan on using your world passport exchanges, you can go under "view" to look at resorts around the world. We joined in March 05 and I love it. Congrats!!

You call Member Services to make a reservation. You can either call your guide to get the 800 number or you can call the regular number which is 407-566-3800. Since the 800 number is just for DVC members, the DIS site filters it out. The toll free number willb e in your Vacation Planner and on your membership card when those arrive.

For now, you can give MS your SSN and they can look you up that way. You may have to wait a day or two to make reservations if you aren't in the computer yet. I don't think you will have a problem getting a reservation for May at SSR.
