Ive just read this whole thread and am in a state of shock.
I get by your post that you arent one that would run to complaining at the least little thing. I was very quick to complain on my last trip and I feel quite ashamed because my issues were trivial to what you encountered.
I feel you have been treated so very badly.
You made a valid request. Which wasnt met.
Asked for add ons which you want to pay for. Which wasnt met.
Had a special trip in mind for little Grace. Which was marred by the standards and treatment you faced on your holiday.
The manager in Cafe Mickey needs to be taken aside and seriously reprimanded. Your poor DD could have been so seriously injured.
DLP really need to account for the many let downs which should never have happened.
I can definately understand if you choose never to return.
I hope you get the apologies, respect (which from a managerial POV in Cafe Mickey is well overdue) and treatment you deserve when you make your complaint.
