We're "home" at bwv -CMcomputer woes

I'm posting from my room at BWV. It's great to be "home". Epcot was pretty busy tonight compared to how I usual see it. I'm assuming it's the F&W Festival, but will see when we visit other parks tomorrow.

They're breaking in a new computer system here it seems. It took me over 20 minutes to activate my AP vouchers from the Disney Store (at Epcot guest relations). Then it took over 30 minutes to buy my hoop-de-doo tickets at the BWV front desk. The CM said they didn't get the training they needed for the system.

Good-night all. I must now go and arrange my call from Mickey for the am.

I've been calling WDW-TOUR almost every day to see when they would have the Segway schedule available starting January 1. The last woman I spoke to also mentioned that Disney is implementing a new computer system and the information we want probably won't be available until at least mid-October -- UGH!!
