Finally, after a long drive and (big mistake in timing) getting through rush hour in Orlando -- we know better, we just mistimed everything from the time we got up. One of those days.

Anyway, when we got here we got a pleasant free upgrade from the full hook up site we booked to a premium!!! The CM was so nice. They put us in 1900 and when I asked if there was anything else (I'm not a huge fan of 1900), she said all they had left was premium. I asked what the price difference would be, thinking maybe I'd treat us to an upgrade, but she said no charge and have a nice day. Woo hoo!

Haven't been to the parks yet, but the Fort is definitely packed. Party people everywhere with the weekenders and the campfire was crowded when we biked by. Probably things will quiet down Sunday afternoon.

Off to have some fun, now. :)

Enjoy!!! We just left on Wed. We did not have large crowds at all. The pool was busy but that was expected!!!

OK, I am a little confused:confused3

I have heard of 1900 being call preferred because of the addition of cable, and I have heard that it would remain "full hook up" due to it's location, but I have never heard of it as a "Premium". A Premium would have a full length concrete pad with no tent area; is this hat you have??

I think the 1900 was there original assignment and they got upgraded to a premium loop.

I read it the same way. What a nice thing for the CM to do for them. I have thought of staying in the 1900 loop, any thoughts?

Thanks

When we were there Thanksgiving we were given a site in 1100 loop. It wasn't ready yet so I asked about 800 loop. She was just about to hand me our room keys and she said oops that's a premium and it costs more money. Oh well, we almost had it.
