We're HEEEEEEEEERE!!!

Weather has been progressively nicer. A nice breeze on the deck this evening. We're at THV in a river view villa. It's fabulous!! Definitely wouldn't recommend if you're carless, though.

Crowds are here-ish. There are some crowded moments, some ridiculously not crowded moments (6:00 today around the hat at MGM was sparse). TSMM was 30 minutes this morning at 10:30 or so.

Lovebugs are around but not too horrible.

Disappointment was a long wait for our 1900 ADR, but I expected some of that with free dining.

Tomorrow is an easy day (no morning plans) and MNSSHP!!

P.S. If you were there, my grampa was Veteran of the Day at MK on Sunday the 27th.

Thanks from a fellow Sooner for the update!! We leave on Wednesday for a week, staying at Boardwalk! I'm glad to hear that the weather is nice and that the crowds aren't too bad! Enjoy the rest of your trip and Boomer Sooner!!

I wish I had thought to describe crowds that way. It was just like you said. Sometimes empty. Sometimes I was like, "Where the %&*# did all these people come from?!!?"

BOOMER SOONER! We'll still be here, so maybe we'll see ya! We're moving to BC on Friday and checking out Sunday. We'll be at Epcot on Saturday, look for Mickey OU shirts if you're there.

Anyway, just wondeering how the tree houses are.

We just got back from 10 days @ THV's & they were completely amazing!! We really felt like we were on 2 separate vacations - it was awesome!

We are here too!!! The weather is hot but no where near as bad as it was in early september 2 years ago for our honeymoon. I know what you mean by odd crowd numbers at weird times. And lastly, yes we saw the flag retreat ceremony and your grampa on Sunday! We hopped off the train just as it started and hung around to watch. So glad I had on sunglasses because I swear it was one of those misty eyed disney moments...lol. I thought the whole thing was beautifl and got some good pics if you're interested. I will try to attach one here. We appreciate your grampa's service and it's so nice that disney does too!

They're great!! I don't know how we'll ever go back to a "regular" room now. The kids have their own room (and place for toys!!), so that makes a huuuge difference for us.
