We're heading to the Capital One bowl!!!!

So I got home from the gym this morning and DH was looking at bowl game tix. Every year he talks about going to see Penn State in the bowl game but never does anything about it. So this year I made the decision. Bought the tickets, booked a hotel, extended the dogs stay at the kennel and bought new Penn State t shirts online. We were already planning on heading home from Jersey on the 30th so we're just going to drive 6 additional hours and end up in Orlando. DH doesn't want to do the parks (even though it would be totally cool to do on NYE). So what should we do in Orlando for a day?

I know. Horrors going to Orlando and not going to the sacred and holy Casa de Mouse. That's why I had to ask. I have no clue what exists in Orlando other than WDW. To me there is nothing else in Florida other than Disney. We aren't even telling DS where we are going because he will expect to go to the parks.
