We're having a girl! HELP with name

Mine are Ross Alexander, Rachel Alyse and Rebecca Anne.

I like "R" names....

Reese
Ryan
Ruth
were next on the list but I am done!

I also like Olivia, Abigail and Molly Rebecca

Good Luck

My little girl is called Ebony Louise.

Other names i like are

Erin, Olivia, Rebecca, Isla, Cerys or Carys.

Penelope nn Penny

This is my niece name Penelope Lousie she is 6 and the only one in her school. My sister wanted to name her Gertuda (sp?) and call her Truddy we talked her out of it.
Other nieces are
Hailey Kay
Karley Hannah and
Bianca Celica

DH and I just went thru this when we found our lil one is a girl as well. Since he is James and I am a Rachel we didnt want our lil one to have a common name. We didnt want her first name on any top 100 list.
I loved the name Lorelai and call her Rory, yes its from Gilmore Girls. I also like Amelia and Avery. There were a few more that I considered but to be honest I can not remember what they were and gave my sister the book since she is due in Sept.

I have 3 DDs; Ariana Elyce (pronounced Air-ee-anna Ee-lise), Alyssa Grace, and Caitlyn Elizabeth.

Other girls names I loved, but was voted down on: :confused3

Amelia
Jaina (Pronounced Jane-ah)
Alexa
Gabrielle
Clara
Mairi
Hayley
Courtney

Also love "flower" names: Lily, Daisy, Rose, etc... I once knew an adorable small child named Marigold, she was called Mari (Mary) for short.

Ariana is our first pick at the moment, we also like Hayley.

We don't decide until bubs is born as our first was to be called James Henry and when he was born he didn't look anything like a James, so he was called Cullen Josh.

Kirsten

I am chiming in on a traditional now nonpopular name............

REBECCA and call her Becca

Guess why I'm suggesting this? My daughter who is 8 is my Rebecca. :)

I love the name more now than when she was born because she doesn't have 3 other Rebecca's (most ppl call her Becca for her nickname) in her class.

Good luck and congrats on your little girl!

Ever since I had an American Girl doll, I've always liked the name Felicity. Also, it means happiness, which I think it is a wonderful thing to wish for a child.

I also like the names Brynn, Leah (or Lia), Alice, and Morgan.

We used family names for our DD's.

1DD is Ruthann Kaye. (My grandmothers' middle names are Ruth and Ann; my middle name is Kaye.)

2DD is Hazen Layne. (My grandfathers' middle names are Hazen and Layne.)

Congratulations!

For some reason I like girls' names that end with the letter "a". I just think they sound so feminine.

Larissa
Karina
Julia
Carissa
etc.

Good luck with picking a name! It's hard!

My DD's name is Lucinda and we call her Lucy.

My next door neighbor's name is Lucinda and she goes by Lindi. I like both Lindi and Lucy.

I also really like Alice. When DS was little he used to mispronounce his name (Alex) as Alice. It was so cute.

Audrey, Eva and Julia are also girls names I'm find of.

My daughter's name is Chiara pronounced key-ar-a and roll the r to pronounce it properly. It's an Italian name that translates to Clara and was my great granmother's name. I love it but no one ever pronounces it right. Lol

I also like Clara, Addison, Addilyn, and Reagan. If I every had another girl her name would probably be Reagan. Good luck!

Thanks for all the suggestions. Emma was my dh's Grandmother's name. You all had some great ideas!

I like traditional girl-names that have a graceful sound to them, but are not overly common. I would pick names that never "go out of style" and that people know how to pronounce and spell. Some of my favorites are...

Allison
Beth
Brooke
Carol
Catherine
Elizabeth
Ellen
Kathleen
Melinda
Melissa
Melanie
Nicole
Patricia
Renee
Roseanne
Suzanne (or Suzanna)
Sharon
Shannon

I'm sure you'll pick a lovely name - have fun deciding a name for your new princess! princess:

My little girls name is Kamryn Noelle I love her name! :lovestruc I call her Kammy sometimes for short. Even though it can be pretty common for boys spelled Cameron. She is the only one in her grade at school, and there is one girl younger than her in school spelled the same way! But other names I love are:
Katelyn
Karsyn
Brooklyn
Ariel
Audrey
Melanie (one of my all time faves)
Hailey
Karli (although its very common right now, know of 2 babies born very close together with this name)
I am sure the right name will come to you in time! Good luck choosing! And congrats on your new little princess! princess:

DD7's name is Sydney...liked that it was different but not strange. Also was a family name(spelled Sidney for a man). I also really liked the name Camdyn...but DH hated it. Good thing we had a girl...never did think of a boy's name.

We chose Lucy Renee for our DD. We've got a Trevor and a Lucy and it suits us just fine. I get a bit of a hard time as my Lucy ended up a red head, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
