We're going to WDW next month!

YIPPEE! I won't make it to DIS-CON, but I'll get to see the Christmas decorations.

We just joined DVC in August, but Gene waited so long to agree to go in December that no DVC rooms are available, so I got a reservation at All Star Music (We're only going for 3 nights and I refuse to pay any more than necessary for a room when we're already DVC members).

The best part is that we're going to surprise the kids. We're going to tell them that no DVC rooms were available (the truth) - and when they get home from school the day we leave we'll tell them. I always wanted to surprise them.

PS... I have a surprise for Gene, too. I hope he doesn't read this.

We'll be checking in Dec. 7 and checking out the 10th. Only 3 nights, but I'm so happy to go at Christmastime again.

Okay, that was total baloney. The fact of the matter is that Gene is as excited to go to WDW as I am.

I've not been to Disney at Christmas in a long time...something about hospitals not liking their employees to take time off at that time.
