I just read about a good FL Resident rate on this board and I booked RPR for the weekend as a result:thumbsup2 We've been waiting for a long time for a good rate to come up. We actually ended up going with the AAA rate so we could get our Loews Gold upgrade, but it was still a good rate of $167.20/night. Now we just have to keep our fingers crossed for the availability of a suite...we'd love the $35 suite upgrade if we could get it! We've only stayed at RPR for one night before, but we loved it. I can't wait to get there tonight:yay:

We had a blast at RPR! The only suite available was a smoking-optional suite, so we passed on that. We were in tower 3, and it was nice. I don't know if it was renovated or not, but either way it was fine with us.

We set up our amenity w/the front desk (milk and cookies), but it was never delivered. I'm not sure why. I did check with them on that when we checked out, and the desk person was very apologetic and said that it was set up and that she didn't know why it never came. She said that she was making a note so they'd give us something much better when we came back next time. I don't know if that will actually happen, but it will be nice if it does!

Also, for the second time we didn't have to pay for parking at this resort. Does RPR not charge for parking like the other hotels do? Did we not have to pay because we have Loews First gold maybe? Just curious...
