Oww. I have 76 minutes today. It was an accident...sort of … It was supposed to be 60 minutes, 3.1 miles (5k), which was ambitious (kind of dumb) to begin with since I just did that yesterday and I have a bad ankle, but with the weather so iffy lately, I just wanted to get outside while I could. Yeah... that trail was mis-measured... and .6 miles might not SEEM like much, but ugg! It was a trail through a park I've been too, but never explored. It was lovely up until it wasn't, and then I pulled out my phone and saw the distance was more than it should be, and I still was nowhere near the car... so yeah... ibruprofen, the couch, and an ankle wrap for me! (It will be fine, I'm just whining!)
On the upside, that puts me at 243/500, which is roughly half, which is where I should be, despite the uncooperative weather! Silver linings... ouchy silver linings...
Haven't updated or exercised at all. Bronchitis/asthma stuff for two weeks, drs visits and new inhalers.. Trying to concentrate on not getting sicker before we leave TOMORROW! Definitely going to be walking part of the Princess 5k. Glad I did as much as I could, at least!
