In addition to our WDW in May, we've now bitten the bullet and are going to London in August for a week. Had to book my week off quickly as my main 2 weeks are in May and many people are booking their main holidays for the school summer holidays.
Booked a Travelodge for £29 per night so it's a good deal and we know the hotel.
Have already seen Wicked but have booked it again *** we love it - but can you recommend another show (needs to be reasonably priced seats) - our Wicked ones are only £20p.p. and we've sat in them before. We wanted to see Oliver but they are coming up at £60 p.p. and all the best seats are gone. We wondered about Mamma Mia or Hairspray or something like that - Billy Elliott will have finished and so will Lion King (according to Ticketmaster)
We are also wanting to go to a few attractions - done some stuff (have been there on a break twice over the last year or so) The attractions we are thinking of trying this time are
Tussauds
London Zoo
Chessington (on the train from Waterloo)
Maritime Museum
Imperial War Museum
Sherlock Holmes Museum
London red bus tour
Anyone been to any of these?
As you can see, doesn't have to be a Disney holiday where my obsessive planning mode kicks in.
