We just came back, and the Irish pub in DTD is not open yet... they were still working on it last week.

He raised an interesting question. I didn't expect there to be any happy hours at Disney, but is there anyplace better than another to get a reasonably priced drink? I imagine it's probably closer to 10 bucks a beer in some of the places in world showcase.

The beers in WS can be expensive, but they're usually huge (some are 20-32 oz)...if you go to the ESPN Club on the BW you will find reasonably priced beers...If you're daring you can try to do beers around the world...When we went in March I hit all 11...thank god I didn't have to drive!!!

I strongly suggest Big River Grill and Brewing Works at the Boardwalk.

They have an excellent selection of specialty beers.

In Animal Kingdom, while not a UK beer, the safari amber is quite good. I think you will like it.

Le Cellier in Canada has some super strength ales.

The Ale and Compass Lounge at the YC resort has Guinness and Belhaven.... but not on tap. They may have other imports, it might be worth a try.

After a week of drinking soda and overcarbonated beers, finding Guinness at this nice, casual lounge was a treat - even if it was from a can.
