don't know how many of you will remember, but a while ago my family won a 2 night stay at disneyland. we were told at the time it would be sequoia lodge but i've just received confirmation of our booking and they've put us in newport bay club, standard room. very excited to have the booking through of course but worried about the change of hotel.
i'm thinking of phoning them up to find out about either upgrading to admirals floor, or moving to sequoia lodge, montana room. my main concern is the amount of walking that may be required to get from our room all the way to breakfast and then into the park (we don't like using the busses). a secondary reason is that i've always wanted to stay in sequoia lodge and since we're going at the end of october i thought it would be more cosy if that makes sense!
i was hoping my fellow disers could help me with this - i've stayed in santa fee, cheyenne and davy crocket so either hotel is an upgrade from the usual!
i've just thought, we really liked the cheyenne with it's bunk beds - i wonder if i could downgrade to the cheyenne and use the extra money left on cafe mickey instead??
