Went to FW from Oct 3rd to the 11th. First timers at FW. WOW!!!! we had a great time. the Pool was fantastic. We were in loop 200 and had a short walk to the transportation. Trans was great. Kids had the time of their life. Went to Hoop de doo, MNSSHP. and all the parks. We actually needed more time.to cover everything. Cannot wait to go back!!!!!!! A couple of things. If you go to the MNSSHP make sure you have your confirmation number and pic id if picking up from willcall. I forgot mine and got the heartache of a life time trying to get the tickets. Next time I will have the tickets mailed to me. The other thing is a CB radio for your vehicle. It was a great asset for traffic and entertainment on the way down. I drove from Ontario Canada so it was a great tool. We were so busy that we did not get a chance to go the campfire or the movies while we there. Got back from the parks and we were exhausted.

we always took cbs when we traveled with other families.fun and good for rest stops and such. (memories, memories!)

We leave Monday...hopefully the roads will be cleared off by then!
