We are back and man am I glad to be home!!
We arrived Easter Sunday and even tho we got there at 11am we were able to check right in via drive up booth and go right to our campsite. We were assigned 2008. We also opted for the express check out ( which means just leave!).
Our site was very open ( I was hoping for a little more trees between each camper. We were also super close to the comfort station and bus stop so that was nice. The brown building behind that tent is the comfort station.

I was unable to get any pics of the pool due to having 5 kids and a busy schedule.
I wanted to give a few comments
* construction in Georgia on N75 is crazy 2+ hours delay, we were lucky enough to stop off at a rite aid and a lovely clerk gave us a alternate route. If you don't have a gps I suggest bringing a Georgia map! The construction is before the Atlanta bi pass and after Macon.
* comfort station in 2000 loop was just installed with a handicap seat in family shower
* Best time to shower 530-7 730-9 is very busy!
* Our showers and bathrooms were very clean. Showers have changing area and then shower. I was able to shower my toddlers in the family very easily with the detachable shower head (awesome). I do wish there were more hooks in the showers I didn't want anything touching the floor (ew).
* Laundry rooms are nice with sink with hot water to do dishes if needed. Washer and dryers cost $2 a load.
* Beware of ducks!!! We had alot of vistors. Also saw a particular squirrel who was robbing from our neighbors LOL so tenters don't leave food out.

* LOVED the recycleable stations so close!
Altho we had a good time we found out we are not campers, everything was damp and personally it was no vacation for me because I still had to clean, cook and without all the lovely conviences of home! Give me a lush hotel with room service any day. Thankfully the camper was borrowed. We are already planning out trip for 2011 but also learned we won't be going spring break again either. Crowded were insane at MK and HS not to meantion rude.

Hope my comments were helpful. I know I got alot of wonderful tips here for our trip and where I won't be going away from this site I won't be visiting quite as often :) Thanks to everyone!!

Thanks for posting your report and photos! Sorry that you had to work so hard! Maybe once your toddlers aren't toddlers, you should give it another try?

Try the cabins next time!! No room service though!!! Thanks for the review.

What route did you take around the construction? Was the delay during the weekend or during the week? We will be heading down in a few weeks and will be taking I75.
