and then another 30 minutes at the zoo. We did a "meet the rhino" tour where we got to go behind the scenes and pet a Greater One-Horned Rhino (Asian rhino).

Sounds like an awesome tour. Did you see the baby gorilla? She is so cute!!

20 minute walk with my pup this afternoon. New neighbors are moving in upstairs and there are children running back and forth like a herd of elephants. I pray to God that they aren't the new renters' children. It's making me want to go for another long walk!

Off with their heads! The Queen of Hearts is one of Disney's most iconic villains. Alice refers to her as a "fat, pompous, bad tempered old tyrant." Her interpretation in the film seems to be an amalgamation of the Queen from the book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, the Duchess (also from the book), and the Red Queen from the sequel Through the Looking-Glass. She is fond of croquet, red roses, the color red, being referred to as "Her Majesty", and, of course, calling for the beheading of anyone who crosses her mad desires. According to Lewis Carroll, “I pictured to myself the Queen of Hearts as a sort of embodiment of ungovernable passion – a blind and aimless Fury.”

I am sorry I have been MIA. My youngest son had his full leg cast removed on Monday of last week, My oldest son has gotten very sick and we are not sure what is wrong with him. Plus I baby sat last week a few days so it put a damper on my workouts sense I tend to do most of my workouts during the day when the boys are at school.

So here is my workouts that I did accomplish....
March 15- 40 minute walk with the dog and 15 minute run. Total 55 minutes
March 16-40 minutes of Yoga
March 17- 20 minutes of Yoga
March 18- no workout today, I watched kids and we spent the rest of the day at the doctors
March 19- 20 minute walk
March 20th- No workout

Total for this week: 135 minutes
