We went to DL last May. Can I put the purchase of that ticket towards a So. California Annual Pass? I still have the tickets. Is this possible?

No, the tickets expire in 14 days. You can only upgrade from a ticket inside that time-frame while there are days left on it (even if it's only THAT day left). Sorry.
