Went from sixe 16 to a 12!

Hi,,
Today I went school shopping and I saw a cute size 12 dress. I said to my husband I'll just try this on for fun and lo and behold it fit beautifully! I haven't tried on anything new since the end of school in May and going to Curves really is helping me to shed those pounds! I love ice cream and our local dairy now has a low carb flavor called Gold Rush and it's so delicious! It's vanilla with carmel and toffee bits. I only get a small cone after I have my monthly weigh in at CURVES! I'm down to 150 pounds and I started at 172. My husband thinks I should stop at 150 because I look healthy but I would like to go for 140 now! I'm 5'4 so I think that would still be okay. Now I can't wait for tye first day of school so I can wear this new dress!

Doc told me last May for my height (5'2.5") to get down to 130lbs. Im currently at 120 and this is where he told me to stop.

Has a doc suggested a weight for you?

Tell me more about Curves.........how long does it take for you to go through the circuit? And are there people there to help you with the machines?


I go through the circuit in 30 minutes. We do have people there who help you with the machines if yoy need help but they really are easy. Right now we have 12 machines. I go after school with a few other teachers.
