Three months ago, I would have said "yes, I'd love to go on it".
However, having been to the CN Tower in Toronto in August, and been totally taken aback at my reaction to the glass floor there, I think I'd have to now say "I don't think I could"!! It had never even ocurred to me that I might have a problem with the glass floor but, when it came to stepping on to it, I just froze! I made myself do it in the end (without looking down!), but that was a step-on, step-off floor - not a whole walkway like this one!
LOL Hilary! The CNN tower glass floor had the opposite effect on me!!! No-one thought I'd dare walk on it, as I have a real problem with heights but, I don't know why - maybe it was because so many people were walking on it and enjoying it or because it felt so solid - but I walked on there and felt great!! BUT!! When I stepped on the WWTBAM floor I had a problem with that as if I was going to fall through!!! Must be because they kept it so clean!!
Anyway! I actually think I would walk on this glass bridge once I saw others walking on it and there were some smeary footprints on it, LOL!
I wonder where abouts on the Grand Canyon it is. I would definately walk on that, I think I might look into that for our trip there on our next holiday.
I couldn't do that in a million years. When we last went to Blackpool we went up the tower and they have a section of floor at the top that is glass, I tried my best to walk on it as DH, DS and DD all walked over it no bother. DS was actually jumping up and down on it. I couldn't even get within 3 feet of it, I am such a wimp.
I don't know about Walk of Faith - more like Walk of Fear.
