Well, we did it...

Plane tickets are purchased, hotel and car are both reserved. We'll be there in July. Not sure when we're hitting DL yet. We're staying at Embassy Suites North off of Frontera. The current plan is to base ourselves there, but we might find something closer to DL and something closer to family around Pasadena, but we don't mind driving.

I'm thinking at least one day at DL will be me waiting in line at Nemo while my wife and daughter go have fun

Yeah, and since DL is my favorite park, I'm excited. We're heading to WDW in September as well, but my wife decided we could celebrate her 2nd 29th birthday in Southern California. Now if I can just get a club 33 reservation that would (hopefully) make her birthday
