I had to buy doughnuts at Publix today...in honor of National Doughnut Day, of course! It was cheaper to buy them at Publix than it was to drive to the nearest Dunkin' Donuts and buy a drink to get my free doughnut. So obviously I had to buy some!

I dont' know why people worry so much about diets...I do it this way.

I eat pretty much what I want, I just work out extra hard and always make sure my net intake is less than 1700 calories per day. Do I have a six pack? No but I've been told I look pretty smokin' hot!


I don't drop more than a pound or two a week and some weeks I don't drop any but I am done not enjoying food. I'd rather go sweat on the eliptical or go run 5 miles and do a workout than give up good food again.


Enjoy that occassional pizza and doughnut!!!!! I know I do.
