Got a beautiful watch… one of my favourites, pretty special. Not a Rolex, but tbh, I prefer the design to 99% of the super-luxury watches!

Got it and took it out of its box… lovely! Only the lug nut? It didn't budge. Won't go in, come out, turn. And the watch face is frozen. It doesn't work. Now I'm just waiting to hear from the suppliers. They've promised to replace it pending a video of it not working, which I have fired off. Tick tock, right?

Not a Rolex (£50 not £50,000!) but I agree… don't see the pull of a Rolex. The money you spend on them could take you to Disney and then some!

Not really into watches but I do like the cleanliness of that face; reminds me of a Movado. Hope everything works out either way your return.

Actually a happy outcome. The crown wasn't turning, going, in coming out… I contacted the maker who got right back to me and recommended pliers. Used them and with some elbow grease I managed to turn the crown, freeing it up. It's now date adjusted and wound up. No returns/replacements necessary. Happy camper
