Started my 90 day ADRs at 6 am ET online this morning. Definitely like the new system. It was much faster and cheaper (no long distance lol) than calling in, so yay for that.

Got everything I wanted at the exact time with two exceptions. Le Cellier - I knew that would be a no go, but that's fine. The other was oddly, Sci Fi Dine in for Wed 12/2. Nothing before 4:45. Odd that. That's always been one of the easiest for us to get. I realize the changed Fantasmic Schedule is throwing things off a bit but December hours arent even out yet, but normally Wednesday there is no Fantasmic (though the week before makes it the night before Thanksgiving, and there is a Fantasmic THAT wednesday night).

Could it be people are interpreting from the previous (holiday) week that there will now be a Fantasmic Wednesday night and that could be incorrectly driving a surge in reservations? I didn't even check the other restaurants at DHS, just went with 4:45 even though that's really early for us - while the food isn't fab we love the atmosphere and wouldn't miss it.

Or is there some other reason I'm missing completely? Sci Fi Dine in has always been so easy to get! haha

Sorry to hear you didn't get Le Cellier. Keep trying hopefully something will open up.

Not sure what is going on with Sci Fi. Maybe alot of people are booking more lunches there to "experience" it but not using a dinner ressie, only doing lunch.
At least that is what we are doing. Didn't want to waste a FD credit so we will be doing an early lunch to "check" it out. The place looks so cool and I miss our drive-ins. Hoping it is a time to reminesse while we eat.

I too thought the system was easy. Was so stressed about it and it went so smooth. :cheer2:

We always go to Epcot the first two days of our trip. Normally not a problem for Le Cellier... but of course the 90 window has made it a problem. And I knew that going in and was ok with it. Mostly because the last time we were there we had horrible food and horrible service and I wanted to give it another shot. I'll keep checking for availability but if we don't get it then I'll just hold off for the next trip in May.

remember that people cancel reservations all the time......so if you can look on line or call up and maybe just maybe.

This happened to me and we got Le Cellier.....a later time then we normally use but its okey.......if we didnt get it we would of been still at DISNEY and still having a great time.....

I wasn't able to get a Sci-Fi reservation for lunch during our entire trip. Good luck getting some canceled times.
