First, I called Disney reservations to see if I had to use my TA to change something or if I could do it on the reservation. .. answer.. No, I had to go via the TA.. OK not a big deal as my TA is very good but currently on vacation.

Second, we were looking to possibly do the 4/3 deal again in early August. I asked if there were any discounts that could have been sent to help me to make a decision. She told me to check my mail and spam folders. I told her that I purge my spam fairly regularly and if she could check.. she told me NO.. that there is no way to 'check' .

So I called back hoping to get another person.. and did.. same answer.. check the mail/spam.. can't tell you .. no way to find out.. bye..

I had some luck just calling and asking for the 40% off room deal. I didn't get an email or even ask if I had a pin code. They answered yes so quickly it didn't seem like they looked anything up. It's worth a shot to just call and confidently ask to book whatever pin deal you are interested in. In terms of the TA I usually book myself now and once I'm confident I'm not changing I transfer it over to the TA and if some last minute deal comes out they generally can get it for me.
