...but Dory was pretty funny in "Finding Nemo". We just got back from the 8:30pm showing. Only about 1/4 of the audience were young children and I don't think any of them talked during the movie, which was amazing.

I have to say, I didn't expect to cry during a Disney/Pixar movie....I really was in the mood for a good comedy. I knew the premise was that Nemo got lost on his first day of school but I had no idea they'd portray it in such a heartbreaking way. I was crying before the opening credits!

I purposely do not watch "tear jerker" movies. I like to be entertained with either a good comedy or action or sci-fi movie. This movie simply made me cry too often. :(

I thought this movie was visually beautiful, we happened to be fortunate enough to see in the digital format, but I still can't get past how sad so many of the moments of the movie were. On its behalf, they did fill even more of the movie with laughs.

Don't flame me, but in all honesty, I really liked this movie, but I MUCH prefer Monster's Inc.
