Those of you familiar with Harry Potter know that there is a creature called a Boggart. It manifests itself as your worst fear, as a way to hurt you. The way to defeat a boggart is to imagine someway to transform it into something comical and then say "Riddikulous!" The key to defeating a boggart is to "not let it get in your head." and people are advised to "bring along a friend." We may be Muggles, but I think we all know some Boggarts and we can defeat them the same way.
