Tomorrow is my first test in my data structures class. Considering I'm going into it with the serious handicap of not being able to program C in my sleep ( ), I'm very nervous about it. 40 percent of the test is conceptual only, and I think I have that down pretty well. It's the other 60% I'm worried about.

Considering the amount of trouble I had on the homework, when I had a compiler to tell me when I did things wrong, I'm not confident at all. :( I'm really hoping that the luck I've had in the past will hold out and I'll end up more worried than was necessary, but I'm not very confident at all.

If anyone could spare some "good luck" PD, I'd appreciate it. The test is tomorrow at 4, and I still have half a chapter to fit into my notes (he allows one sheet of notes), several examples to go over, and the homework to review. Hopefully I'll make it.

For now, though, I'm heading to sleep. Since I've been sick all week, it would be stupid to try to stay up much later and end up making myself sick for the test.

Sigh. I hate this semester. After we get tomorrow's test back, I'll know whether I'm dropping the course and wasting $800, or if I'm sticking it out and just praying I don't fail.

good luck...

PD on the way Rajah! ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Maybe the test won't be as bad as you think. At home with the on the computer you have even one error the program may not run at all and the compiler will bring up the dreaded error message, but in writing a test at school you'll still have most of the program there for marks, but will just lose say a mark or two for your error which at home would have stopped the entire program. Don't know if I'm making sense, but basically I'm saying that hopefully you'll get part marks even if your answer isn't totally correct. :)

Good luck Rajah... tests are always stressful. I tend to panic on them so I know the feeling! Hope it goes well!

ACK! Your test story is bringing back bad memories.

I will wish you luck, if you promise not to tell me any more about it. ;)

Good luck, Rajah. I am sure it will all make sense to you tomorrow. :)

GOOD LUCK! I hope everything goes really well (as I'm sure it will)
:teeth:

Good luck Tammi!!! I hope you do well! Let us know how it went!
