Well this turned out longer than I thought...................
OK Barb here it is:
Nov 4 - Nov 12
HOTEL:
Stayed @ HIFS>great hotel, poolside view 1st fl bldg 7, breakfast was good, service was great, bus service good.
PARKS:
The only real lines were to get trough the security checks, after a few days We wanted to take nothing in the parks with us but went through it anyway. We did all the parks M-F. Went to US IOA on Saturday and spent the whole day there and my DS thought that was totally AWESOME ( no preshow, ride , then giftshop ). Time really adds up after you do that a few times in Disney. Anyways it was our first time and we really did enjoy the whole experience in itself. Rides were great. Shows were awesome. And all in all I though that Disney does a great job with there whole decorating scheme, right down to the flowers and shrubs. "EXCELLENT"
And my DD and I may be going back to Disney the first week of DEC for a National Cheering Competition if her squad places 1st or 2nd this Sunday Nov 25
FOOD:
We ate @ Chef Mickey's on our first night and really enjoyed that food and atmosphere were wonderful, we had a lot of laughs.
Also we dined @ Hollywood & Vine for the Fantasmic pkg and again the food was really good, something for everyone and the kids especially loved the dessert bars.
DISNEY:
The whole Disney complex was very clean and the CM's were very nice always smiling. Transportation was convenient and run in a timely manner.
FAST PASS:
While we really didn't need them we used them anyway so we could ride a ride a second time with no wait at all.
We seemed to tour the parks the right way because everything we went to do there was no wait. Where as when you enter the parks the lines are all in the front or wherever we were not and we did some of our attractions on the way out, and if there was a line when we went by in the beginning of our day they were gone at the end of our day.
And last: if your looking for a "relaxing vacation" this is not for you. My DH and I are going on a cruise in April and @ the end of a long exhausting day we kept telling each other that our VACATION is coming soon. No driving and having to take a "left under the bridge" 2x's in a row cause we were lost again. We'll just get on the boat and truly RELAX.
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO GAVE US TIPS AND ADVICE TO MAKE THIS TRIP MORE ENJOYABLE FOR ALL OF US!
