Fun update - we are now bringing my inlaws with us for part of our trip. They mentioned they hadn't been to Disney in a long time so I suggested they should come. Saves us the trouble of dealing with a rental car. We booked a room for them at our hotel for a night instead. We'll do an evening at EPCOT with them and then half a day at Studios and they can do as much or as little as they like since we'll be at the Swan Reserve and it will be easy for them to get to and from those two parks.

I think that your in-laws are probably a lot more congenial than my in-laws were.

I'll be at the Grand Destino Tower at Coronado Springs from April 17-22. Doing a solo trip for Flower and Garden and to recharge

Just booked for April 16-21! Doing a sister trip for the Springtime Surprise 10 miler. Might tweak the dates a bit once we finalize flights but for now All Star Sports is booked!

Got our dates completely figured out along with resorts! We are going the 13-20 and doing a 2 bedroom at Kidani the 13-17 (using our points) and the 17-20 at POR. I am hoping we are going late enough into the renovations that we get a refurbished 2 bedroom! POR will be a completely new resort for both parties also so looking forward to staying there.

Fun! Is this your first Run Disney event? I’ve never done one - just got the ok to start exercising after having a baby so starting to do some walks/jogs this weekend!

Yep, first Run Disney event! It’ll also be the longest race I’ve done. I just started seriously training for it this week.

My aunt and I are squeezing in a quick Girls Weekend April 2-5.....yes we are insane for going at peak crowd season, but we plan to spend time at the pool and just have 1 slower park day

I will be at ASMo from Apr 19-25. Well I'm booked at ASMo however I was initially at POP which is my absolute favourite but it saved me $200 to move to ASMo, I may in the next 99 days switch back because I'm indecisive like that. This will be my yearly solo trip.

I’m a fan of POR. The landscaping is so lush and shady. I remember it feeling very calm and quiet.

Hoping to go down April 15-19, if I can get into the 10k for the Springtime runs. We are out of dvc points so thinking we might stay at the swan or split between 2 nights at Helios Grand/2 nights swan.

Love the Swan. Easy access to Epcot and HS. I go over to Boardwalk hotel and take buses from there.

Starting to think about dining reservations. Reservation window opens next month!
Definitely would like to try GEO-82 but I don't think we'll do the fireworks experience. We want to take advantage of those extra evening hours for deluxe guests.
On HS day, planning to try and get seats at the Brown Derby Lounge when it opens at 11 (is this a good strategy?).
Probably an early quick drink at Oga's.
Not sure what we might want to do for dinner that night. Could either stay in HS or go somewhere nearby for dinner? Dahlia Lounge?
On our Magic Kingdom Day I'm thinking about visiting Wilderness Lodge for brunch at Whispering Canyon or maybe lunch at Geyser Point.
Planning to try out Beak and Barrel for dinner.

Hoping beyond hope that Big Thunder Mountain reopens in time!

Thanks for the reminder! My ADR day is mid-February. Completely slipped my mind! My kid is turning 3 at the end of our trip and I want to do a character meal for his bday since he loved meeting them when we went to Disneyland over the summer. I was thinking Garden Grill, since I think our Epcot day was going to be on his bday. But I don’t know if I should do MK instead? He obviously won’t care.

I was also thinking about doing Whispering Canyon or Homecomin’ on our off day. Both look good and I can’t decide!

I'm also considering Homecomin' for one of our ADRs! We've never been - I've made so many reservations there over the year, but for some reason it always ends up being one that we cancel in the moment. I'm debating if we try something new at Homecomin' or stick to our reliable Boathouse.
