Well I just did it! I broke a window!

So I am doing some Fall cleaning! Took down the curtains off of one window! Cleaned everything real good, etc. Cleaned the window inside, then they are the Anderson Windows, where you can open them and pull them into you to clean. No problem, put everything back, and the darn window is stuck! It will not go up or down! I am telling you stuck wide open! Of course no one is here with me except Jamie! DH will not get home until late tonight! I have tried everything. I can not even iron and hang my curtains back up!

These are the days that I wish I where aloud to have a nice cold Beer!

Is it still tilted in or did you get the window put back in the correct position???? I have tilt-in's too, and were the "pins" hold the tilted in window into the frame, they have to be at the same height. If not, it won't go back into place. If that's not it, may I suggest a nice metal hammer??? This thread just reminds me that I need to clean my windows!!!!

You laugh...I came home last night to my front Andersen window shattered all across my living room. Turns out, our yellow lab was tossing her bone around while we were gone, and threw it into the window. This is turning out to be one expensive dog!!

I like my steak medium, with fried onions sauted in Olive Oil. Garlic Mashed Potatoe's, Freash Green Beans, I would life butter melted to go along with my Lobster! For Dessert I would like NY Style Cheesecake!

I must admit, this makes me laugh! You have my luck....no, my luck would have been worse. My dog would have then tried to jump out the window, cut herself, blood everywhere, and an expensive trip to the vet(of course it would happen on a Sunday when they charge you extra!!!).

I couldn't believe she didn't cut herself! The glass didn't just break, it EXPLODED! And she's such a spaz...the only thing I figure is that it probably scared the life out of her, so she didn't go near it.

Yes!!! I have a dog, but she don't play with bones--she plays with everything she isn't suppose to!
