Well we still aren't 100 percent sure but with the hurdle of if hubbie had out of town visitors at work handled we are once again moving forward with our plans. I called today and made my dining reservations. It has been a little overwhelming trying to think this out sitting here in 100 degree weather trying to plan around getting dark/chilly early in december - leave some middle of the day time open to attempt a sunny dip or two in the pool (after all wel are staying at CSR I'd hate to completely miss out on the dig site), and just deciding what we will want to do 5 months from now. I have booked everything except my Candlelight processional as I'm still undecided which show and therefor which lunch/dinner seating I will need at le Cellier.
I was surprised to find that at 5 months out (Dec 14th- Dec 22), the candlelight processional for the day I want has quite limited availability, I had to switch the day I wanted fo the Dolphins in Depth and the Location for the pirate cruise (or switch the day).
So here we go -

Looking forward to eating at the following CS -
Pizza Planet, Japanese (?), Pinochios, Pepper Market, Tusker House
The only new CS will be the Japanese place. New TS will be Ohana and Cap'n Jack and Akershus (ate there for breakfast once). I wanted to try more new but keep running out of space to put in more meals. I have also found in our last to trips that we enjoy food we are used to more than the fancy or ethnic stuff.
