Well, I finally broke down and did it!

As of the 17th, no more dial up internet for me! I signed up with Verizon DSL today!! They have that bundle package and the 1st month is free, then for 5 months it's $24.95, then $34.95. I can't wait to see what it does to my time on the DIS! No more waiting for pages to load!! Yeah!

Just prepared for the music on picture threads. I didn't used to get the music and it was quite a shock when my volume was turned up too loud!

Dan, I got the confirmation from verizon for the 16th. Now I do think there is only ONE way for me to TRULY appreciate the speed of DSL....You have to post a LARGE photo thread that day...complete with music! After all, I do need to test it out and all!! I think everyone else here on the DIS will agree with me on this!
