I booked my first solo trip!! I'm a little nervous but mostly very excited!!! I'll be there over my 30th birthday so I'm super pumped to spend my transition into another decade (gulp) at WDW!

I'll be there February 8-12, 2012. Maybe I'll get to meet some of you!

I've not been on this side of the boards much but planning on being here more often!!

Congrats! I'm turning 30 Sept 16 and have a trip to Disneyland for the special date, but also considering a solo trip to the World for the first time. Where are you considering staying? All-Stars for value or a deluxe for splurging?

Thanks Flynn! I'm staying at POR, in the middle. I considered a deluxe but POR looks cool so I'm excited about staying there!

My one trip to WDW I stayed at POR or POFQ, not sure which. I was there for a wedding and didn't make the reservation and really wasn't a heavy Dis-nerd yet

They say Sept is the most common birthday month, so I'm sure we are in good company

Congrats to the 30th!

Congrats on arranging your solo trip and your upcoming birthday.

Congrats on your February solo trip. It is a really good time to be in Disney. My B-Day is the 12th. I think it is awesome that you are making your B-Day special for yourself. I do it every year. Most of the time I leave the country. Europe is love that time of the year.

Congrats! :cheer2:

Wish I could join you! Hopefully you'll get to meet up with some fun folks. If not, you'll STILL have a great time! :thumbsup2

I'm actually going to be in Disney World solo for MY 27th birthday on that date. I'm staying at Coronado Springs. Nicer pool and pool bar mostly. What sold it is the "club" on site... and most solo Disney bloggers suggest Coronado for the Moderate resorts
