mornin' all! everyone have a good weekend? We went to the IL's the weekend and had a good one. We went to the beach on Saturday which was beautiful and Saturday night we went to see Superman Returns in the IMAX theater in 3D - pretty cool although the movie was a tad bit long. Yesterday just came home and relaxed. It was REALLY muggy last night though - wow - talk about hard to sleep!

Kelly Clarkson concert was great! DD kept saying she couldn't believe that KC was in the same area she was, couldn't wipe the smile off her face

I'm glad you had a great weekend!

We didn't do anything on Saturday, but yesterday we went to the National Zoo for the baby panda's first birthday. It was our first time at the zoo. the girls loved it.

I would have loved to seen the baby! He looked sooo cute on the news! I've got to get back up to the National Zoo. Last time I was there was on my kindergarten field trip Do they still have the animal footprints painted on the ground so u can find their exhibit?

L.T. I don't remember the animal footprints, but I don't look down all that much! But the cool think my DD4 loved was the gigantic pizza that you coudl play in! EVerythings rubbery, and they can pick up the giant pepperonis and mushrooms, they can climb ont he tomato and crawl inside the olive! Good times.

It's the Delmarva Peninsula, the map only shows Va but the whole peninsula includes Va, Md, & De.

I am LOVING Virginia. Anytime we go someplace, I'm just grateful for all the trees and rivers and all the neat stuff there is to do here.

I grew up in Virginia and absolutely loved it. I miss it now a lot. I lived in Roanoke.

I used to live close to Roanoke. It was north of Roanoke, I'm sure u've heard of it. I lived in Afton for a couple of years, then we moved to Waynesboro for a couple more, then before moving to where I am now... we lived in Stuarts Draft.

I miss that area as well, it sooo beautiful out there.
