You know what, I wish I knew all the people who were on the picniptag thread. It was so fast I don't think I stopped to really look at people's names. I only remember about 5 people.

The person on this thread that I remember before then was spacemountain. And Miranda Danda (where has she been?) and meshmar. And now I know a whole bunch of people!

All through elementary school I spelled my name with an h. When I registered for middle school I looked at my birth certificate for the first time and noticed my name did not have an h in it. It was hard at first to get use to spelling it without the h.

6th grade was a bad year for me. I remember bringing home a packet for my mom. The packet was from the Health Dept and if your child needed any shots just fill out the appropiate form for each shot and bring back the next day. Let me stress how much I hated shots at this age.

My dear mother didnt read the information correctly and filled out each form. I was given shot after shot in each arm and several nasty liquids to swallow. I hurt for days in each arm.

We laugh about it now but it was not funny screaming and hollering in front of your friends. I had to make a stop at each table.....

Also the large cucumber picture from above may not make a real good pickle. It looks like a salad cucumber. In the world we live in they have actually genetically altered cucumbers to where some are better for pickling and some are more for salads.

Actually we carved up that cucumber last night and are using it as a summer Jack O' Lantern...

We prefer zuchinni for our summer pumpkin carving. I see one that looks about right to pick, say to myself I'll get it tomorrow, and bam it pours down rain over night and the next morning its 18 inches long and big enough to feed 20 people. At that point about all you can do is carve it because it doesn't taste to good anymore.
