Welcoming the Magic to TEXAS and sending her off in style!! 9/22/12 **UPDATED 9/21

Checking my schedule!! I want to be there to see The Magic come into Galveston!!! We aren't cruising on her until November!!

I will check to see if my hubby is working and get back with you guys. I would be super excited to go see the magic. we were supposed to be sailing out on her but we decided to go on the dream this year instead.

The mountains in the back ground, to me are out of place.

That is what I replied as well on that thread for Tom. I am hoping he sees that and is able to tweak it some. Loved the other two as well that are on that thread :)

hmmm.... maybe I should have said "delete the mountains and use .... instead" That was what I was trying to ask but may not have clarified.

I might not have been clear in what I had responded to him yesterday. He may not realize the port of Galveston does not have mountains. I was trying to say ocean with an oil rig or something that makes that port unique.

I just updated my previous question to clarify about removing background of mountains and using ocean with oil derrick instead. :thumbsup2

I can't wait to get home and look at everything -- can't see pictures in posts here. But I had to LOL at the thought of mountains!!!!! It just doesn't get much flatter than this part of the state. :thumbsup2

Okay, so who is wearing what ears?? Because I can't decide which pair to wear!

I've added the confirmed list to the 1st page -- Please let me know if anyone is missing, or as your info changes, and I'll be happy to update!

Finally got to see the designs in the other thread -- OMG, I completely  the one that says "Welcome to Texas" with the TX flag/DCL logo and the cowboy Mickey!!! LOVE it!!!!!!!!! That is absolutely my fave, and would look so good on a shirt. It's simple, not too much going on, and has exactly the statement we want to make.

That one gets my vote!!

I loved those too -- Even Minnie with the bluebonnets in her hat/hair. :thumbsup2

With vistaprint, you can get the back side done for only $5 more usually --- you can do a "front pocket" and "full back" shirt for under $10 when watching for their specials. Or even full front / full back - same price.

I think I prefer that over the ship/barn complilation :thumbsup2

Quick favor to ask: Can anyone possibly email me the two fullsize "Welcome to Texas" designs with Mickey & Minnie? If you can, please just shoot me a PM, and I'll give you my work email. Thanks!! :flower3:

Just wanted to share this link right quick: Click through to Vistaprint from it, and save 50%. That makes the regular white men's shirts only $6 (front-only) plus shipping. I put together a couple of them using the "welcome" designs, but I can't access any photo sites to upload them and insert them here. :rolleyes2

Sorry for the multiple posts!! But I had to share this. I just got this email from DCL, after inquiring as to planned festivities for the Magic in Galveston:

Hmmm. I wonder why Austin?? It's the Capitol but hardly close to Galveston. No telling and they didn't answer your question as to what they might be doing??

At least we will be there. LOL

Thanks for posting! Both the Vistaprint and Disney reply.

I have had several cruise tshirts done at Vistaprint (like those I shared previously), all have turned out just fine for the money. Will get to work on some. :thumbsup2

I agree I like Welcome to Texas with cowboy Mickey, and then the Minnie & Magic.
