Has anyone heard of this company going under? we are booked through them, through a travel agency, I was sent all the info and today when I tried to call them I keep getting the lines are busy. I then tried the Best Western were their office is located and they said they moved out last week. so no I don't know where we are supposed to pick up our keys, or directions to our house.

You should contact your travel agent for an update and check in instructions. That's what they are there for!

As far as I know they went bust within the last few weeks and owe a lot of money to many management companies in Florida (probably elsewhere too). Go back to the agent who you booked with to get an update.

They went bankrupt!!!ugh try renting a 7 bed. exec. plus a week before you go.......now that is what I call stress.

how close is emerald island? what are the houses like? it may be a possibility.

Yes they have gone bust. Our villa was booked with them through a travel agent. We have managed to get our money back from a very understanding travel agent and have booked direct.
Contact your agent immediatly. I believe there has been alot of problems with people having to stumpup payment again for their accomodations with the view of getting their money returned later. unless your agent can guarentee in writing you will get what you booked and paid for tell them you want afull refund.
I had to fight hard but i got mine back . I have now booked direct with someone.

how close is emerald island? what are the houses like? it may be a possibility.

Emerald Island is about 5 or 6 minutes from Disney Animal Kingdom using the Sherberth shortcut. The area is known as the Formosa Gardens area. Lots of restaurants withing a couple of minutes.
We stayed in a 4 br. in Emerald Island in Nov. It's a very nice resort. There is a manned gate, clubhouse and pool with a tiki bar etc. The grounds are very well kept and the homes are great. They are all individually owned so each one has different amenities and furnishings etc.
