Good morning all! Hope everyone is doing well. I'm going to be busy today getting ready for the weekend and I'm sure the internet will stop working soon. I stil have to do laundry. I was going to do it last night but went to bed at 830! I never do that. Must be gearing up for the weekend. I'm not ecited at all.

Wow, everyone must be busy today. There hasn't been a post in almost 2 hours!

Nervous mommy day here...DS has his first REAL interview today....ALL day long! I HATE interviews myelf. So I hope it goes well for him. Not sure if he really wants this job, but I'm sure he would like to be offered it!

DIL called to ask me a question, and before we hung up she asked "so what are you and Dad doing tonite?" I said "nothing". She said "oh good, can the kids and I come over for dinner then? Joe has rehearsal tonite". I started laughing and so did she. I told her "sure, come on over, what do you want to eat?" She said to just order pizza, it's more just to be with us. She is so sweet. Then she invited me and Chuck to their house for dinner on Sunday.

Jennifer, you are the greatest!!! I just love that one! If you could get me that Minnie one too I'd love you to death. I have TDS version but I realized when I came home, they were different looking... the bows are different that is. I'll be happy to send you a check for them and shipping too I currently have 7 in my car and unfortunately I went they only had a slim selection and mostly Christmas stuff out (but I have two cute ones now for the holidays... a reindeer & santa hat!)

Marilyn your family sounds so wonderful! That has to be just the greatest feeling

Well, if you're antenna topper shopping....just keep an eye out for new or unusual ones. I'll send you a picture of the ones I have already
LOL...DH made me an antenna topper stand So I can display them all in the family room.....I'm on the second one.

Jennifer, the Minnie one is just the standard black with WDW written on it (but written out) and the bow is right between the ears... I can't remember if it is pink or red and I think it has white polka dots. I might be mixing the look of the bow with what I have now, but WDW's bow looks different than the one I have now. The current one the bow is taller and pointier, this one is more rounded and shorter.

I'm trying to fill up the back of my car right now and I have a Minnie, a Princess, a yellow Mickey, a glitter Mickey, a lime green Hawaiian Mickey and a blue & white swirl Mickey. I have the standard black WDW one hanging from my rear view mirror. So I love these things and wish I would have gotten more while I was there. Oh I also have a sorceror Mickey's Hat that Dan brought back for me in May... that one sit on my monitor at home with a few other Disney items So if you see any others I am more than happy to pay you back for them! Oh except the Patriotic Mickey... long story, but I don't need that one Oh and I have pictures too if you need them

I just had my review at work. I work for a retail HiFi chain, and biz has not been great. We had 200 laid off in October, and the Christmas season was abysmal.

So...I just had my review, got a glowing appraisal from my boss, AND I got a 5% raise. There are very very few folks getting raises, so I am feeling very fortunate.

And...it is retro back to Oct 1st!!!!!!

Think I could convince DH we need to upgrade from PO-R to AKL?????
