So I could be VERY crabby!!!!! I love a good cat fight!!! But why are people such arses about everything. I got flamed pretty good about needing a science fair project for a girly girl...I was just asking a simple question and got flamed royaly!!! Darn, I decide to take a quick nap and wake up three hours later...hate when that happens At least I did get a couple loads of laundry done.

As for my Alaska days...I lived in Fairbanks for four years the first time(Jessica was born there) and Delta Junction(Fort Greely) the second. Fort Greely was only a two year tour because it was considered a remote location. My DH was in the Army now retired. It was a beautiful area..in the mountains.. moose all around..we would pick wild strawberries in the summer..a lot of wonderful memories...we also had a record cold while I was there..72 below zero..have video to prove it...that is the only time school was closed for a snow day othererwise they play outside up to thirty below.

Amanda has American Idol show on in the other room, or whatever it is and I have to say I feel sorry for all the people that auditioned that didn't make the show and they are making fun of... ...okay maybe I don't since I crack up whenever they're dogging someone..

Alaska--record 72 below zero cold...I think that is one of the reasons i'd be afraid to move there...
I would love to live somewhere that it is 65 degrees all the time...

Crisco butt made me lol!!! The image I got was quite comical. I think you and I must be related when it comes to mishaps. I once fell of a bicycle that was at a complete stop, flew over the handle bars and landed on my head in the street. This was before helmets were in vogue...it was pretty funny (but I was only in the 5th grade!)

No roadkill for me...I read in the baby books that roadkill should be avoideded!

Looks like the cruisers to alaska are out in force, next move should be the YaYa Cruise ship!

Flames, I think someone else deserves the flaming and the nasty grams, there are a few things I'd like to throw into her statements and unfortunately I'd probably be banned. When my temper flares it gets ugly...I think Deena saw that in a recent pm!!! hehehe

Tonight I decided that i wanted a chicken salad from Chili's for dinner. So I called and ordered my dinner and my mom's, mom fixed Jarrod dinner. By the time I arrived it had been 20 minutes like they had told me. I waited 10 minutes to finally speak to the poor guy running around like a chicken w/o a head, and what do you know he can't find my order. He asks who I spoke to and I very kindly responded, "Uh, I dunno....some gentleman" Apparently that sparked a clue and a few minuts later one of the managers came out and shook my hand, gave me his name and humbly apologized because he took my order and then got called to the line to cook and he forgot to put my order in. I laughed, it really was not a big deal...yet...but I added some chips and queso to the original order because I was starving now. So he comps the chips and queso, he didn't need to, I wasn't going to fuss, but it was nice. I told him he was lucky that I wasn't having a pregnant hunger related rant!! He laughed but I think he was a little nervous that it could still happen. So the I sit patiently to wait for my food. After another 20 minutes I tell the chicken w/o the head that I'm going to bite the next person who walks by with food. I told him that I may need for him to bring out the chips now because my blood sugar was about to drop and I could feel it starting the plunge, so he comes back with some french fries and a soda for me...I think he was afraid I would keel over on him.

I finally got my food, raced home to eat it, only to find that Jarrod had started complaining of a sore throat and when my mom took his temp it was just over 100. Not bad, but the beginning of something. Mom also said he was complaining that his legs were hurting him. Ugh! Now I will be up all night making sure he isn't getting this darned flu bug that is going around. I didn't take him to get his shot because I knew we were both more at risk of getting sick just by being in the same building with all those sickies!!! Oh well, we'll see.

Geez louise....long post again. I really need to get out more and stop badgering all you folks!!! But thanks for listening!!
