Slow day at work here... I might have to check out the local starwood hotels in Chicagoland. Of course I know I could always stay with Hannah, but she has 2 roommates now... not so comfortable with that!

Well I did just look and I found a Four Points by O'Hare for $62/night! I wouldn't waste my points on that room

Oh and Beth, I tried to have Luis work some magic on it last nigth but he just doesn't do it the way that I need it done. It needs more therapudic work which can hurt, but it works if done right. He complained that his hands got too tired... he finally learned how much it takes to do that kind of work I'm heading to walmart later to try to find something to fix it though.

Lily, sorry you can't make any meets! Maybe we'll just have to make our own that you can come to

Good morning.

Toying with the idea of Chicago was it .......just had an e-mail for a new rate that was about $160 rt......but like I said it didn't start until the weekend after you all are there

Foggy here this morning.

I won't give up some carbs either.....and will slowly add others back in.
Pizza.....I have (kind of )...use a low carb tortilla for the crust. Not too bad.
Chocolate.....can't (WON'T) give that up!!
The tortillas have really helped me stay on the diet......they make good sandwiches!

Todd look above, Four Points indoor pool AAA rate for $62... by O'Hare wich is where Bethie will be.

Nancy it would be the weekend of the 24th of April and you could really pick O'Hare or Midway

Flies into Midway....is that too far away from everyone else?
Hmmm...don't know. Lowest airfare is $177.
Any idea on taxi rates from that airport to a hotel?

Tonight I am suppose to tutor my nephew in Algebra. I made 100% years ago, hope I remember it tonight. Does anyone recall solving by grouping? Looked on the internet to try to refresh myself but nothing is coming up. I did see solving by combining like factors, wonder if that is the same.

Can you believe someone stolve my Mom's flowers from her grave? We (Dad, all siblings, spouses and most grandkids)went Sunday and made a heart with artificial flowers for Valentine's Day. There was probably over $70.00 worth of flowers on the grave....all gone. What a sick world! We checked with the cemetary and they did not remove them. Another grave was also robbed. My Dad was so upset. Then my sister also went there before she was told and called me upset. People can be so low.

I did see questions over the weekend about my cheese fries, and yes I had them on saturday and they were wonderful.

Nothing else new or exciting. Trying to do catchup between my online class and my rl class. I'll try and do better in the coming days!!

Yep, I think that's a good deal for the area Todd... I didn't look to hard either Four Points And I found that rate with AAA

I am not sure I can even go... this is right about the same time they were talking of doing Dawn's bridal shower and that obviously comes first! Not sure if I do go if Luis would go either. We'd see. If he goes, we'd drive. If I go alone I could either fly or drive... all depends on my mood

Nancy, that is Air Tran... a no frills, well loved airline of my Chicago buddies. Nothing fancy, but they apparently get the job done! And to get from Midway to O'Hare I would suggest taking the train. I looked up quickly and it takes about an hour to get there and it only costs $2. Amanda, I totally understand the no fly thing... with just one it can be pretty much a break even deal with flying vs driving but once I add Luis into it, the dynamics change! Well except to certain places... we don't drive well together and flying to a place like WDW would kill us

Um... no help on the math... that was not a good subject for me. It's been too long since I've taken Algebra anyway! And how awful!!! Stealing flowers??? That is just terrible!!!

Air Tran flew me in 1st class to Orlando in Dec!! I liked it very much!! My boss absolutely hates it though. Nancy, keep toying with the idea, it'll grow on ya till ya just can't resist!!

Beth and Lainey are teaching me the fine art of multitasking.....I don't think Iam doing so well!!!

Anyway, about Chicago, I am the official taxi service for all who need it!! Trips will include, airport, star treck convention, the city and anywhere else we may need to go. BTW, I work very cheap, speak English and do not wear a smelly turban...or a weird polyester star treck uniforms!!!

Nancy, as said, which ever airport offers the cheepest fare....I can pick you up at either!!
