Morning all! Quick hi as I laze around and don't feel like getting ready for church

Thanks Lily... I love the color too... in some lighting it looks more purple than blue... just all depends I guess... but is a beautiful color and feels so nice.
As for melting, well thank you... not quite done yet here... I want to get in a range where the docs can barely call me overweight. They can stick it if they think I am going to get down to 120 or less

Kimmie, how did I miss your comment about introducing your mom to the world of online shopping??? Just make sure she doesn't memorize her credit card and the security number on the back like I did

Thanks Rose Mary... I want another tattoo as well Totally different spot though. Um as for pain... I can't really say it hurt that much at all, but I have an incredibly high tolerance for pain. There was one spot when he filled in black on my shoulder blade that I swear was *right* on the bone... that made my nose start to run and for about 10 seconds I wondered what I had gotten myself into! Otherwise it wasn't bad at all. So I am all for a tattoo meet

I got a lot done yesterday. Thanks to DH, all my antenna toppers have an antenna to perch on and they are all rearranged and out.
Also got the basement cleaned and the rugs shampooed.
And....my Christmas cards are done!

Both football teams won That made for the cheery house for the 2 that care

Well yesterday there was a strange kitty in my garage. Yelling and hissing at me when I came in. I couldnt get it out and only caught a small glimpse. It was pretty fluffy and I couldnt tell if it was pg or not. But its not there today
Last night was supposed to be Bunco but we didnt have enough people so we went to Olive Garden. We only stayed there 3.5 hours, lol. But we tipped our waitress good.
My best friend is pg and we were trying to help her pick out a name amoung other things, lol.

Hi everyone! I'm back from New York. It sure was an exhausting trip. Nine and a half hours round trip to spend about seven in NY. I was so anxious to get off that bus last night. Never again will I do a day trip to NY.

OK, I'm going to try to ketchup on somethings, but I'm sure not everything. So here goes.

OK, so everyone is talking about their exchanges. I thought the mail date was Nov. 29 or 30th or something like that. Was I supposed to send it already? If so, I'm sorry person I have. Don't worry. You'll get something from me. I swear.

Beth (and Dave), thanks for putting together that Prime Time Lunch. It should be a fun time. No Nekkid Ritual dance for me. I'm still using the clause about people who are nicknamed after pastries don't have to do the Nekkid Ritual Dance. Oh, and thanks for the welcome home.

Lily, you should definitely come to NYC with me sometime. It is my third home (after my real home and Disney World). Liz, Beth, and I were toying with the idea of putting together a "girls weekend" to New York sometime next spring, so perhaps that would work out for you New York is a great town.

That's going to do it for now. I'm going to make my dad lunch and throw on some laundry. So hugs to everyone else

Just got back from IX Center craft show. Haven't done ANY of the must do stuff yet. Oh well, onward.

Ran some errands, returned the dress and found 2 pairs of jeans on clearance ($25 each, which is very good in my book!). I also sent out my package today. Well, it will be mailed out on Monday, but our local post office has an automated package sending area that is open 24 hours a day. So I am thrilled not having to wait in line to send out a package. Should arrive at my exchangee's on Tuesday.

Wow, Nancy you put me to shame with all you did yesterday! And glad that both teams won

LOL, Deena, I was so tired when I took that picture. I was trying to smile before hand, and the smile wasn't staying. I hate multiple pictures taken with flash... and it shows by the time we are done Strange about your kitty though.

JRKaren, just curious... what is your 2nd home if NYC is your third?

Well I need to get some things done. I have some charity thing at the mall that Dawn and I are going to, and I wanted to get some things doen today before I leave... including getting work clothes ready for tomorrow. I am not sure if we'll stay til the end, but if so, I won't get back until 10:30

BTW, the rest of you crazy December travellers. Elaine and I are planning on meeting up on Wednesday evening at 6:30 for dinner at the counter service place at the American Pavillion. We thought we'd grab a bite, and find a place to sit outside and listen to the Candlelight Processional. What do you think of meeting at say, the front entrance to the restaurant at 6:30? Deadline is progressing - got the paper done - went to the birthday party last night - friend's wild sister surprised everyone with a male stripper - it's something to be with 10 other 40 year old women (and I'm the only one who didn't have anything to drink) and watch them attack the 26 yr. old guy like he was a piece of meat - and they were starving!

There's so much more to this story - but suffice to say - my one other good friend and I were the only ones NOT to stuff dollar bills into his underwear, let him sit on our laps, or touch his bare tushy.... The other ladies were, well.... disgusting. My friend and I left early, we had to ask the stripper to get out of the hot tub and move his car so we could leave.....

but at least it is keeping me out of trouble! Greg's boss seems to think that I could use a little Christmas spending money....and of course that is the case, so I have been busy with Subway stuff for part of last week and a good part of this week! But hey, it is all good.

I got my exchange package just about ready to go.....need to get a bag of M&M's and a special something that I had some help with.....so to my exchangee, when you get the oh so creative lovely cooking appearal item, know that it was made by none other than our own Bethie!!!! She is quite the creative one!!! It should be in the mail on Wednesday and heading east!!! Whoo Hoo!!

Sounds like there are lots of plans being made and you Disney YaYa's sound like you are going to need a very long nap after this trip. In my absense, I expect to live vicariously through ALL of you!! PLease be sure to take lots of pictures for me, eat lots of chocolate cake, have a few Dole Whips and please do tell my friend Minnie I said hello and give her a squeeze!! Most importantly have a wonderful time and enjoy one another's company. It sounds like there are some good times to be had. I will definatley be there in spirit!!

Morning! Yippee only 3 days to work this week then off to visit my family for T'giving. I'm so looking forward to the weekend and the beginning of the Christmas shopping rush.

I'm trying to get use to some new contact lenses hopefully they will work out this time. I wore them for years when my only vision problem was that I couldn't see far away.

No time for a ketchup, just wanted to check in and say hi. We had so much fun at the Cavs game. The boys were just soo excited to be there. They got to see LeBron slam dunk 2 times and the looks on their faces were priceless. And, since we had 100 pts. we all got free Chalupas.

Staying home today and cleaning. My house looks like a tornado shot through it.
